Offerors are asked to provide itemized pricing for each CLIN they are quoting for using the attached 1442 Continuation sheets as well as CSI Masterformat Level 3 Break-Out to support pricing (to include all sub-contractor quotes). Project One: HFB Handrail Refurbishment ~ The replacement of approximately 45 deteriorated or missing stanchion bases attached to the bottom of the handrail stanchions at the southeast and northwest corners of the building at the Historic Federal Building (HFB) in Anchorage Alaska in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is not an environmental project. Project Two: HFB Janitor Closet Refurbishment ~ Requires work to be performed in eight (8) janitor closets located on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors of the Historic Federal Building (HFB) in Anchorage Alaska in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
