GSA Region 10 requires a contractor wi... This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services This is a Sole-Source Solicitation under FAR 6.3 to Delta Connects Inc. Please see attached J&A. GSA Region 10 requires a contractor with Building Automation Systems (BAS) technical expertise with Delta Connects, Inc. products running on their platform of Delta Connects, Inc. OrcaView®,EnteliWeb® and Historian® to perform: A system controls upgrade as necessary to migrate each of the existing system networks listed in the Statement of Work onto a new GSA Region 10 of virtual server operating system of MSSQL 2012 or 2016. Existing graphic packages must also be migrated to the new Virtual Server and any necessary upgrades and work perform to complete this migration at this upgrade release. After all work is completed the database for the whole network needs to be backed up to the Virtual Server and a hardware copy stored on either a Flash drive and delivered to the GSA Project Manager assigned to this contract. The current Building Automation System platforms installed at the two (2) locations listed in Section 3 above is Delta Connects Inc.OrcaView®,EnteliWeb® and Historian®. These software platforms are proprietary and all programming at these sites has been provided by Delta Connects, Inc. and therefore restricts modification, alteration, and associated work to branch offices of Delta Connects, Inc.; since there are no other authorized deals besides Delta Connects Inc. who are authorized to provide product service, programming, and support for the Delta Connects Inc. manufactured OrcaView®,EntilWeb® and Historian® product line. Delta Connects, Inc. OrcaView®,EnteliWeb® and Historian® equipment and software is very technical in nature and requires highly qualified personnel that have received the necessary technical training and specialized software tools from Delta Connects, Inc. to ensure proper operation, efficiency, and reliability of the proprietary Building Automation Systems.
