The contractor shall provide all of the labor, materials, and equipment, as required, for one (1) Judicial Kitchenette on the 12th and 14th Floor for the U.S. District Courts at the Roybal Federal Building, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Estimated completion: within 90 calendar days. Bond requirement: A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the award price over $30,000.00. This procurement is reserved for Total Small Business Set-Aside. The estimate price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or after June 20, 2019. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing on the attached forms, including your company name, street address, telephone and fax numbers, and contact person, with reference to 47PK1919R0013, to the attention of Shirley Thompson, by email at shirley.thompson@gsa.gov or by mail to GSA North Los Angeles Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Room 4300, Los Angeles, CA 90012, no later than 12 noon the day prior to the site visit date (see attached invitation and Document Security Notice to Prospective Offerors). Contractors are required to complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Offerors that is attached, and submit a copy of your California State License Board certified copy with signatures (8½ x 11). Site Visit: June 20, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. Contractors are to meet at the GSA North Los Angeles Office, Room 4300, located at the Federal Building, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA. You are required to maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
