The SAT Branch of the GSA Public Building Service Region 9 intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation for Exterior Window Washing at all four federal buildings and Exterior Building Cleaning and Sealing for one building under the control of the Sacramento Field Office in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. There will be a site walk on Thursday, June 29th, at 8:30am starting at the Federal Building at 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA, 95825 and then proceeding to the other 3 buildings. Attendance at the site walk is considered mandatory to be considered for award on this project and an itinerary for the site walk is in the documentation attached to this solicitation.
