Matsui Federal Courthouse located at 501 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The exterior of the building's lobby entrance and the perimeter of the lower level of the building are in need of a thorough cleaning in accordance with the attached Statemento of Work. Attendance at the site is mandatory to be considered for award on this project. The site walk is scheduled for Monday, September 12th, at 11:00am PDT and details about the walk and how to register are in the attached solicitation package.
