This project is to clean and wash all of the exterior windows at the John E. Moss Federal Building located at 650 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Exhibits. There is currently no site walk scheduled for this project. The building has Exterior Building Maintenance Equipment described in Exhibit B of the solicitation package that passed annual inspection on November 12th, 2021. Proposals for this project are due No Later Than (NLT) 4:00pm PDT on Friday, July 29th, 2022.
