The site of this project is the Office of the Solicitor Suite located at the Federal Office Building at 2800 Cottage Way in Sacramento, CA. The intent of this project is to complete various improvements to office suite E-2807 of the project address. The Federal Office Building is owned by the Federal Government, and it is not subject to the requirements of the local Building Department. However, all local, state and federal codes need to be followed. This project is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System Management (SAM), which may be found at ww.sam.gov/. All interested parties are cautioned to ensure that information listed in SAM is current and correct. Site walk will be conducted on Thursday, October 1, 2020 with Project Manager, Margo Jaime. Site walk will begin at 10:00AM local time in lobby of building. Information for registering for the site walk can be found in the attached solicitation. Please confirm attendance of teh site walk with Margo Jaime at margo.jaime@gsa.gov. Deadline to submit questions is Friday, October 9, 2020 at 4PM PST. The basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable. Vendors are required to send proposals/questions to both the primary and secondary points of contact as well as david.gardner@gsa.gov.
