The intent of this project is to provide water damage repairs to the 5th Floor North Tower @ Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building. See solicitation attachments. Please note that this project is a Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.3). To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System Management (SAM), which may be found at ww.sam.gov/. All interested parties are cautioned to ensure that information listed in SAM is current and correct. Site walk will be conducted on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 with Project Manager, Gabriel Longoria. Site walk will begin at 1:30PM local time in Conference Room G located on the 5th Floor North Tower. Information for registering for the site walk can be found in the attached solicitation. Deadline to submit questions is March 31, 2020 at 1PM PST. The basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable. Vendors are required to send proposals/questions to both the primary and secondary points of contact as well as david.gardner@gsa.gov.
