THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This notice is for informational purposes only and not a request for quote/proposal. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. GSA East Bay Field Office, Oakland, CA is providing notice for an FY 2020 requirement for 5th Floor North Water Repair Damages @ Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building. See attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for project specifications. It is the responsibility of the offeror to note any changes between the draft synopsis/SOW and final solicitation notice once posted. Anticipated solicitation date is on or about March 19, 2020, and the estimated proposal due date will be on or about April 20, 2020. The formal solicitation will be posted on Contract Opportunities on beta.sam.gov. This project is a Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.3). The contemplated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $39.5M. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid Guarantees and Performance and Payment Bonds may be applicable. Contract will be firm-fixed lump sum and will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), which may be found at https://www.sam.gov/. All interested parties are cautioned to ensure that information listed in SAM is current and correct.
