The intent of this project is to “repair the uneven surfaces on the sidewalk around the building lobby. Over time, the concrete has lifted causing a tripping hazard to visitors and workers at the building. Once finished, the sidewalk should conform with all applicable safety standards to prevent injury to pedestrians.” NOTE: Submittals required on all deliverable If you would like to attend the site walk please scheduled for July 9, 2020 at 9am PST contact the Project Manager, Robert Rudd at (916) 384-0521or robert.rudd@gsa.gov. All questions must be submitted by July 13, 2020 PST. Date to submit proposal July 23, 2020 at 4PM PST. The basis of award is lowest price technically acceptable. Vendors are required to send quotes/questions to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
