The intent of this project is to “Demo (9 ) existing wooden benches, and replace pre-fab steel benches on existing in ground supports.” The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, and equipment unless otherwise noted in scope or on drawing to accomplish this project. All new materials must match existing building standards or as noted on plans. Deviation from existing standards or materials noted on plan must receive written approval prior to purchase, fabrication, or installation from GSA Building Manager's Office prior to making change.
