The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to provide responses to request for information. The Past Performance Questionnaire is also added to this solicitation (refer to Section M of Solicitation Package). Contractors are required to acknowledge the SF30 by signing blocks 15A - 15C and returning with their price proposal, SF1449 and PPQ. The proposal due date remains Friday, March 17, 2023 at 4pm. The site visit scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 11am has been cancelled due to weather conditions. If you are interested in a site visit please contact Jamie Chyr, jamie.chyr@gsa.gov. All other terms, wages, clauses and conditions of solicitation 47PK1023Q0001 remain the same. The US Geological Survey needs to procure contract services to supply and install a cellular booster solution on Buildings 3,4,6 at US Geological Survey 2255 North Gemini, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. The USGS Flagstaff Science Campus buildings have very bad cellular signal. In emergency situations GFE cellular devices will not work or only work intermittently. Also, GFE Cellular devices do not work on Campus or only Outside of buildings. Campus would like a Cellular Booster solution installed. Two buildings all have an existing mount pole for outside antenna, one will use floating mount to be constructed by contractor. ALL buildings have an existing penetration or existing route through a duct for cables.
