This solicitation has been cancelled, please see amendment 0003 in the attachments section. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to accomplish the following work for the General Services Administration (GSA), at the Foley Federal Building, 300 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89101. All work shall be performed in accordance with the following specifications. Contractors shall visit the site and perform a thorough site inspection. The contractor shall inspect the site to become familiar with the existing conditions relating to the work to be performed and the difficulties and restrictions to the work to be performed. The base bid includes all cleaning, preventative maintenance, and testing services in accordance with attached scope of work. Housekeeping shall be performed six months after the completion of comprehensive cleaning. The Government reserves the right to order none or any combination of the line item. No minimum quantity for the line item is guaranteed by the Government. Please see the scope of work in the attached solicitation package for more details.
