It is not limited to GSA schedule holders. This sources sought notice is a market survey for small business firms that perform Asbestos, Lead, and/or Mold Monitoring and Assessments in Honolulu and/or Hilo, HI. GSA is seeking qualified small business sources capable of performing asbestos, lead, and/or mold monitoring and assessments in Honolulu and/or Hilo, HI. Potential scope of work include on-site observation monitoring, clearance inspections, sample taking and testing, in addition to the generation of summary reports describing findings and sample results. The applicable North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) is 541620. The Small Business Size Standard for this code is $16,500,000. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of potential qualified small business firms for use in future acquisition planning, which includes determining whether a set-aside is appropriate, determining the type of set-aside (e.g. small business set-aside, 8(a), etc.), and determining whether existing Government contract vehicles (e.g. GSA Schedule) can be used.
