RFP CANCELLATION NOTICE January 21, 2022 Subj: Request for Proposals - Solicitation # 47PK0222R0004 Full VTE Maintenance and Repair Services This serves as notification of the GSA-PBS Region 9 decision to cancel the Request for Proposals for solicitation # 47PK0222R0004, Full VTE Maintenance and Repair Services. The GSA-PBS Region 9 has determined that it would be in its best interest to cancel the subject solicitation and reject all proposals due to the lack of response to opportunity. We hope to include the participants in this attempted RFP in our future opportunity. GSA appreciates the time and effort of participants that have submitted a response to this solicitation and apologize for any inconveniences related to this decision. Thank you for your interest in doing business with the GSA-PBS Region 9. --------- This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The objective of this acquisition is to procure Full Vertical Transportation Equipment Maintenance and Repair services. This requirement is a 100% set-aside Small Business with a NAICS code of 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors and size standard $16.5 million. The pre-proposal conference will be conducted on the Google Meet platform. The purpose of this virtual pre-proposal conference is to explain the Request for Proposal (RFP) as issued, not to interpret or amplify the requirements. The goal is to provide a better understanding of the solicitation requirements. The pre-proposal conference will occur on December 15, 2021 - 9:00 – 11:00am PST. Contractors are allowed a maximum of two (2) representatives to attend the site visit/walk-through. Contractors are asked to submit a list of attendees to Tania Ramsay, at tania.ramsay@gsa.gov no later than 3:00 PM PST December 13, 2021.
