The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Services (PBS), Region 9 is seeking a contractor to deliver two (2) virtual training courses that focus on RS Means Cost Estimation Practices. GSA is seeking to procure quantity of 2- three (3) day virtual training courses which focuses on Facilities Construction Estimating and Maintenance and Repair Estimates. as well as Facilities Construction Estimating Mechanical and Electrical Estimating. The two courses will have different rosters and schedule of courses will be TBD (to be determined), but no later than 12/31/2022. RS Means data is considered the industry standard in regards to construction cost information. Our anticipated class capacity for Facilities Construction Estimating/Maintenance and Repair Estimating is 23 students and for Mechanical/Electrical Construction Cost Estimating is 15 students. 1. This is a Synopsis of Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. 4. This solicitation is full and open competition. The General Services Administration is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, 47PK0222Q0022, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, with a small business standard of $16,500,000.00 million in assets. The Product Service Code is U006 – Education/Training- Vocational/Technical 13. The Government intends to award a Purchase Order (PO) on a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) basis.
