Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: 47PK0221Q0012 Purchase Description: The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Services (PBS), Region 9 is seeking a vendor to deliver one (1) virtual training course that focus on RS Means Cost Estimation Practices. GSA is seeking to procure a three (3) day virtual training course, capacity for 20 attendees, that focuses on Facilities Construction Estimating as well as Maintenance and Repair Estimates. RS Means data is considered the industry standard in regards to construction cost information. The scheduled training days are to be determined 1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. 4. This solicitation is full and open competition.
