The purpose of update 0001 is to add the Pre-Quote Conference Agenda / Minutes to the solicitation. All other items remain unchanged. (No SF30 associated with this update) 11/01/2019: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement and constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW). It is a total small business set-aside and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Conctractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and skills necessary to ensure effective performance of full elevator maintenance, repair, and related services. The base period of performance is six months from 04/01/2020 - 09/30/2020 and there are four, 12-month option years from 10/01/2020 - 09/30/2024. The Contract Line Items (CLINs) numbers, descriptions, quantities, units of measure etc. can be found in the RFQ pages 10 - 19 and on Attachment B - Standard Form 1449; see also Attachment C - Offer Sheet. The Pre-Quote Conference and Site Visit is scheduled Tuesday, November 19, 2019; attendance is strongly encouraged.
