This authorized work shall be performed only at Government-owned buildings and/ or Government-leased space where GSA has either repair responsibility or authority. This Contract involves a Base Year and Four (4) One (1) Year Options. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this project is: 236220, size standard $45 million. The maximum value (total of the base and all optional periods) is $10,000,000. The scope of work for the projects executed by Task Orders under the Contract include various construction improvements requiring the contractor to furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, etc., (except as may otherwise be provided for in the specifications).
