Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace approximately 190 square feet of concrete, to include an accessible ramp, sidewalk, and a section of curb and gutter. The new ramp includes a detectable warning surface. The 190 square foot project area includes approximately 15 linear feet of curb and gutter. The project also includes approximately 152 linear feet of concrete grinding to repair vertically displaced sidewalk panels. All work will be at the Andrew W. Bogue Federal Building/Courthouse in Rapid City, South Dakota. The work shall be completed within 14 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project’s estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on February 28, 2024, at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on March 27, 2024. Anticipated award date is April 26, 2024. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
