Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace approximately 500 square feet loose of plaster and peeling paint of from Courtroom 1 ceiling, to include skim coat, painting of approximately 2160 square feet of walls and ceilings, and moving furniture in Courtroom 1 on the second floor at the US Courthouse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The work shall be completed within 30 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project’s estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on February 13, 2024, at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on March 12, 2024. Anticipated award date is March 29, 2024. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
