Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace two (2) storefront doors and two (2) inset door frames from the existing frame system at the north entrance at the Aberdeen Federal Building in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The doors are part of an aluminum storefront system that is original to the building and shall match the existing in appearance and functionality; the doors shall also meet all applicable building and accessibility codes. The work shall be completed within 30 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project’s estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on January 3, 2024, at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on February 2, 2024. Anticipated award date is March 8, 2024. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
