The General Services Administration, Region 8, is initiating a project to remove and replace approximately 2000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, one concrete stair, and 20 linear feet of retaining / landscape wall at the Federal Building in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and remove and replace approximately 3500 square feet of concrete sidewalk at the Federal Building in Huron, South Dakota. The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project’s estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on March 15, 2023 at www.sam.gov/, with offers due on April 14, 2023. Anticipated award date is May 1, 2023. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
