Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove approximately 140 square feet of drywall partitions and approximately 30 lineal feet of vinyl base; remove and move the (2) existing data racks, (5) dedicated fourplex wall outlets, (3) Altronix power backups and panels, (1) GE panel, (2) patch panels, (1) wall mounted phone, (2) patch panels, (1) fiber modem and all other data wiring running under floor and above floor necessary to move the wall over for the new office configuration; construct approximately one thousand thirty (100) square feet of 3-5/8” 20-gauge steel studs 16” OC ceiling high partition walls; prime (1) coat and paint no less than (2) coats of paint to approximately (280) square feet of previously painted drywall partitions and (100) square feet of new drywall construction and install approximately (5) square yards of 24” x 24” carpet tiles at the Outlook South Building in Rapid City, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on December 16, 2021 at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on January 6, 2022. Anticipated award date is January 31, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
