Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide licensed A/E design services for and provide construction of six (6) new private offices in space currently configured as an open office space with systems furniture, including HVAC, electrical, and finishes. Five (5) of the six (6) new offices will be approximately 120-140 square feet, and the sixth office to be approximately 200-220 square feet. This project also includes replacing approximately 7,600 square feet of modular carpet in the open office area. All work is located on the 6th floor at the Federal Building in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all working on site. Design to be completed within 77 calendar days after award and 90 calendar days to complete construction. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on December 7, 2021 at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on January 7, 2022. Anticipated award date is February 11, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
