Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace approximately 475 square yards of glued down carpet and pad in rooms 413,417,4... Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace approximately 475 square yards of glued down carpet and pad in rooms 413,417,419,420, 421, 423; provide and install approximately 365 lineal feet of 4-inch-high vinyl wall base; and repair approximately 720 lineal feet of the buckling double stick carpet in room number 217 and provide new carpet pad under the existing carpet at the Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, Pierre, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on December 1, 2021 at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on December 22, 2021. Anticipated award date is January 19, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
