Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to prime 1 coat and paint no less than 2 coats of paint to approximately 13,320 square feet of previously painted drywall partitions or as needed to cover the existing paint color; prime 1 coat and paint no less than 2 coats 34 ea, 3’-0” x 7’-0” hollow metal door frames; paint approximately 195 lineal feet of 12” high radiation heat cover in Suite 201 at the Andrew W. Bogue Federal Building and Courthouse in Rapid City, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on November 30, 2021 at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on December 21, 2021. Anticipated award date is January 18, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
