Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove approximately 1680 square feet of 2 layers thick, vinyl wall coverings from the 1st floor corridor and lobby; skim coat approximately 1680 feet of gypsum and CMU walls in the 1st floor lobby and corridor area; paint no less 2 coats of paint 8 existing 3’-0” x 9’-0” hollow metal doorframes, (2) 42” x 7’-0” metal elevator entrance doors and the surrounding metal frames; install approximately 168 lineal feet of new 4-inch vinyl wall base; remove approximately 663 square feet of existing 24” x 24” carpet tiles and install approximately 663 square feet of new contractor furnished carpet tiles with contractor furnished adhesive in the first floor corridor at the Andrew W. Bogue Federal Building and Courthouse in Rapid City, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days aÎer notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on November 24, 2021 at https://sam.gov/, with oÍers due on December 16, 2021. Anticipated award date is January 12, 2022. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being setaside for small businesses only.
