Synopsis: This Sources Sought is issued to announce that the General Services Administration (GSA), Region 8 Public Building Service, is performing market research to determine interest and capability of businesses in providing Administrative and Technical Support Services. As permitted by FAR Part 10, this is a market research tool being utilized for informational and planning purposes. Your responses will assist the Government in the development of its acquisition strategy for a possible Request for Proposal (RFP), to be issued at a later date. This sources sought request is being set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This notice shall not be construed as an RFP, or as any commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request, proposals will not be considered. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. Response is strictly voluntary - it is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in any formal RFP process that may take place in the future. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. GSA is considering a multi-year period of performance with one Base Year and Four (4) One Year Option Periods, as well as potential multi-award contract in meeting the needs of this requirement. Description of Services : The Contractor must provide staffing to perform the required services as stated in the contract or task order agreement. Each contract or order will cover the known staffing requirements for the specific period of performance. Staffing levels will remain fairly stable but may fluctuate over time due to changes in the Region’s mission requirements or budget considerations. Increases or decreases in staffing levels may be made by contract or task order modifications.
