Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to replace approximately 2,400 SF of ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, and light fixtures in second floor corridor at the Andrew W. Bogue Federal Building and Courthouse in Rapid City, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on April 29, 2021 at https://beta.sam.gov/, with offers due on May 25, 2021. Anticipated award date is June 25, 2021. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
