Work includes, but is not limited to: provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace approximately 3,600 square feet of heavy duty concrete driveway section in lower level parking lot. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Aberdeen, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on March 16, 2021 at https://beta.sam.gov/, with offers due on April 8, 2021. Anticipated award date is April 30, 2021. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
