Work includes, but is not limited to: provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and dispose of the existing pair of asbestos containing double doors and replace with two new 90-minute rated, quarter sawn white oak veneer doors at the 2nd floor northeast stair. All work will be performed at the US Courthouse, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed for work on site. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on March 11, 2021 at https://beta.sam.gov/, with offers due on April 2, 2021. Anticipated award date is May 1, 2021. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
