Work includes, but is not limited to: provide all the necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment to remove approximately 1,500 square feet of existing acoustical ceiling panels and grid and... Work includes, but is not limited to: provide all the necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment to remove approximately 1,500 square feet of existing acoustical ceiling panels and grid and replace with new tiles and grid, remove ceiling lights fixtures and replace with new, and install new supply diffusers. Work will be performed on the second floor at the Federal Building in Aberdeen, SD. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on February 11, 2021 at https://beta.sam.gov/, with offers due on March 5, 2021. Anticipated award date is March 31, 2021. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
