Work includes, but is not limited to: provide all the necessary labor, materials and equipment to remove 2 existing ballistic glass pieces with frames and replace with new level 3 ballistic glazing, approximate rough openings of the existing windows are 34-1/2” x 84-3/4” single light at the Sioux Falls Courthouse; and 2 existing glass pieces with frames with new level 3 ballistic glazing, approximate rough openings of the existing windows are 57-1/2” x 132” at the Aberdeen Courthouse. Work will be performed in Aberdeen and Sioux Falls, SD. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on January 19, 2021 at https://beta.sam.gov/, with offers due on February 10, 2021. Anticipated award date is March 5, 2021. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
