Work includes, but is not limited to: Project consists of constructing an approximately 160 SF office within an existing office space including moving furniture, preparing the existing ceiling, constructing new partitions, installing a new door, and renovating electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression systems. The Contractor shall coordinate all demolition and construction between trades and the work shall result in one ABAAS-compliant and NFPA-compliant office. All work will be performed at the US Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, Pierre, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on October 8, 2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/, with offers due on October 29, 2020. Anticipated award date is November 18, 2020. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
