Work includes, but is not limited to: Project consists of renovating two toilet rooms at the United States Federal Building in Pierre, South Dakota. The renovation includes partially demolishing existing walls, constructing new partitions, and cutting new openings, as well as removing and replacing all finish materials, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, and light fixtures. The renovated rooms will provide two toilets and a lavatory in the Women’s room, and one toilet, one urinal, and one lavatory in the Men’s room. The Contractor shall coordinate all demolition and construction between trades and the work shall result in two ABAAS-compliant toilet rooms. All work will be performed at the US Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, Pierre, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on April 17, 2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/, with offers due on May 13, 2020. Anticipated award date is June 15, 2020. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
