General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) of Rocky Mountain Region is soliciting Full facilities maintenance services for multiple locations along the North Dakota and Canadian border. Services include mechanical maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, snow removal and pest control services. These services will be required for the following locations: Land Port of Entry, 10935 State Hwy 42, Ambrose, ND 58833 Land Port of Entry, 301 W. Railway Ave., Portal, ND 58772 Land Port of Entry, 10947 Highway 281, Dunseith, ND 58329 Land Port of Entry, 10935 State Hwy 30, St. John, ND 58369 Land Port of Entry, 10980 I-29, Pembina, ND 58271 Customhouse, 112 W. Stutsman Ave., Pembina, ND 58271 Schedule for site visits: May 12, 2020 9 am – 10 am Ambrose LPOE; 11:30 am – 3:00 pm Portal LPOE May 13, 2020 9 am – 10 am Dunseith LPOE; 10:30 am – 11:30 am St. John LPOE May 14, 2020 9 am – 12 noon Pembina LPOE; 12:30 pm – 3 pm Pembina Customhouse Offerors shall send an email to pre-register for the site visit. Please submit an email to Contract Specialist, Pam Burley at pam.burley@gsa.gov and Curtis Schumaier at curtis.schumaier@gsa.gov that provides the 1) first and last name of each individual planning to attend the site visit and 2) the company who employees the site visit attendee. Instructions on where to meet at each location will be provided as a response to the pre-registration email. This solicitation notice has been set-aside for 100% Small Business. Offers from large businesses will not be considered. Amendments To Solicitation: It is the offeror's repsonsibility to monitor https://beta.sam.gov for the release of any amendments. Funds Availability: Issuance of this Solicitation does not warrant that funds are presently available for award of a Contract. Award of the contract shall be subject to the availability of appropriated funds, and the Government shall incur no obligation under this Solicitation in advance of such time as funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for the purpose of contract award. All proposective offers are required to use the System for Award Management (SAM) in federal solicitations as part of the proposal submissions. Offerors are reminded thier SAM registration satus must be "Active", at the time their offer is submitted, to be considered for award (see FAR 52.204-7).
