During this session shortlisted firms would have presented potential subcontracting/consulting opportunities to small business firms and small business firms would have presented their qualifications to shortlisted firms. The intent of this networking session was to assist the selected A/E in meeting small business subcontracting goals and to assist small business with identifying potential subcontract opportunities. In light of recent events, this physical networking session will no longer be held in person. Rather, shortlisted A/E Firms will provide the Contracting Officer with a written narrative clearly identifying potential subcontract/consultant opportunities. These written narratives will be posted to the Beta.Sam.gov website on April 20, 2020. Small businesses may contact the shortlisted firms directly to discuss their qualifications. _______________________________________________________________________________ January 2, 2020: The primary objectives of this project are to improve the overall seismic performance of the building for the safety of its occupants in accordance with the PBS P100; back-fill the Frank E. Moss US Courthouse with federal agencies some of which are currently housed in private market leases within the Salt Lake City metropolitan area; preserve and rehabilitate significant historic spaces; and invest in building systems that are at the end of their useful life, improving the overall performance of the building and tenant comfort.
