GSA intends to solicit a quote from An Animal and Pest Control Service because they offer the highly specialized approach to non-lethal pest control. Specifically, GSA has a requirement to install mechanical devices on buildings to deter bird nesting, and to assess various bird and other pest situations on the campus. Any other interested party may submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement for consideration by GSA for the purposes of determining whether to hold a competition or to proceed with a noncompetitive action.
