Work includes, but is not limited to: contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remove and replace an existing Canariis domestic water booster pump system and requires the installation of new 185 # bladder tank with new plumbing and fittings. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on April 18, 2019 at www.fbo.gov, with offers due on May 9, 2019. Anticipated award date is May 30, 2019. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered and active with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
