Work includes, but is not limited to: contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace (1) existing 12.5 ton split system A/C condensing unit, evaporator coil, electrical disconnect and refrigerant piping. All work will be performed at the Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, Pierre, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on March 7, 2019 at www.fbo.gov, with offers due on March 29, 2019. Anticipated award date is April 19, 2019. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered and active with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov on the offer due date. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
