The General Services Administration (GSA) proposes to award a single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for supplemental architectural and engineering services for West Texas. The primary area will be West Texas. Which currently includes, but is not limited to the following counties: Lipscomb, Hemphill, Wheeler, Collingsworth, Childress, Hall, Briscoe, Floyd, Crosby, Garza, Borden, Howard, Glasscock, Reagan, Upton, Crane, Pecos, Terrell, Brewster, Presidio, Jeff Davis, Hudspeth, El Paso, Culberson, Reeves, Loving, Winkler, Andrews, Gaines, Yoakum, Cochran, Bailey, Parmer, Deaf Smith, Oldham, Hartley, Dallam, Sherman, Hansford, and Ochiltree. The secondary contract areas will be the rest of Texas and the States of New Mexico, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
