Long Federal Building (LA0097BT); 777 Florida Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70801. This project will include 2 Options for the following: Option 1: Modernization of 2 additional US Judge’s elevators, and Option 2: Modernization of 2 US Marshall’s elevators. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238290 Other Building Equipment, with a size standard of $22 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Best Value trade-off methodology. A site visit will be conducted on April 24, 2024, at 10:30 AM CDT (Local Time). Details pertaining to the site visit are enclosed in the solicitation. Note: This will be the only site visit scheduled. No additional site visits will be scheduled. Interested firms are encouraged to attend the site visit.
