All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Best Value trade-off methodology. A pre-proposal conference will be held May 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM CDT. A site visit will be conducted on May 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM CDT.
