Location of this project is at 1919 Smith St., Houston, TX, 77002. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238290 Other Building Equipment, with a size standard of $22 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Best Value trade-off methodology. A site visit will be conducted on February 2, 2023 at 10:00AM CST (Local Time). Details pertaining to the site visit are enclosed in the solicitation. Note: This will be the only site visit scheduled. No additional site visits will be scheduled. Interested firms are encouraged to attend the site visit. The solicitation closing date will be March 2, 2023, at 4:00 PM CST (local time).
