Remove damaged / broken wheel stops and replace with new or anchor existing. Dispose of refuse off site if needed. Provide asphalt concrete pavement joint and crack sealing with asphalt sealant in compliance with ASTM D 6690 Type I, II or III. Provide joint and crack cleaning and sealing. Cracks shall be routed and cleaned out at least 5/8”X5/8” wide and deep. Sealant shall be completed 1/8” to 1/4” below the surface. Excess sealant shall not be left on the surface. Asphalt work shall comply with the guidelines in MS-16 Asphalt in Pavement Preservation and Maintenance, Asphalt Institute, 2009 unless otherwise specified herein.Pro tect from damage the adjacent concrete areas. Damage to these areas shall be repaired with no cost to the Government. Apply sealant coats on parking lot. Fix curb stops and install new curb stops. Stripe parking lot.
