The General Services Administration, Public Building Service is seeking sources capable of performing the work to be performed hereunder includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, material (unless otherwise noted) of all work requested to Replace the Electrical Switchgear at the U.S. Post Office/Courthouse, in Helena, Arkansas. A summary of the work is as follows: To replace the facilities Main Electrical Switchgear per the scope of work and A/E Drawings and Specifications, and to complete the requirements laid out in an Arc Flash Study. Contractor is to follow A/E specifications, A/E drawings for this project. Contractor will be responsible for providing submittals for all materials, schedules, etc. for this project. An inspection from the GSA Electrical Engineer will be conducted to evaluate the New Switchgear and the completed Arc Flash items. Contractor will be responsible for providing the As-Builts at project completion. Contractor will provide the As-Builts in AutoCAD 2000 or later format on 2 CD's. The estimated cost range for all work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement will be Set Aside under FAR Part 19 for Total Small Businesses. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $15 Million. Any award resulting from this procurement will be based on a source selection employing a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" methodology. This project may be revised or canceled at any time during the, solicitation, evaluation, selection, negotiation, and final award. A site visit will be held with the GSA Project Manager at the Helena Courthouse on December 3, 2019. Proposals are due on December 20, 2019.
