The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Greater Southwest Region, intends to solicit proposals for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Related Services located within El Paso, TX and Southeastern NM Region. Offerors will be expected to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping and handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, and all related services located within El Paso, TX and Southeastern NM Region. Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform O&M and Related Services. The facilities covered by this solicitation encompasses approximately 750,000 aggregate square feet in approximately 12 locations (buildings range in size from 2,000 square feet to 185,000 square feet.
