The purpose of this amendment is to modify the proposal due date and associated information. 1st, the offer receipt date/time is amended to 17 June, 2020, 3:00 p.m. CST. 2nd, Section L.3.1 is amended to read "L.3.1 The pre-proposal Meeting and Site Visit will be held...at the Homer Thornberry Federal Building, 903 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin TX 78701 on 2 June 2020 starting at 9:00 a.m." it is further amended as follows: "Due to the current COVID-19 situations, vendors will be allow to send one (1) representative to the site visit. Attendees will be required to wear face coverings in accordance with CDC guidelines. GSA will not be providing face mask and attendees must furnish their own covering. Additionally, the site visit will be conducted in staffered, small groups and social distancing will be maintained." 3rd, Section L.3.1.6 is amended to read "Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit questions relative to the solicitation document in advance of the meeting, in writing, to the Contract Specialist, Sandy Nixon via email to sandy.nixon@gsa.gov. The cutoff date for the questions under this solicitation is 5 June 2020. Questions received after 5 June 2020 may be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. 4th, Section L.4 is amended to read "proposals shall be received no later than 17 June 2020 at 3:00 p.m. CDT" . Furthermore, Section L.4, line 4 is amended to read "Attn: Sandy Nixon, Contracting Specialist (7PQB)."
