THIS IS THE SOLICITATION NOTICE The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, requires Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in Fort Smith, AR, and Full Maintenance (FM) services in Fayetteville, AR. FM services include operations and maintenance, custodial, and grounds maintenance services. The solicitation number is 47PH0220R0002. This procurement will be procured as a competitive Total Small Business set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.5, and using FAR Part 15 procedures. The anticipated start date will be on or about October 1, 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) to be used is 561210. The size standard for this NAICS is $38.5M. Offerors will be expected to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping & handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, custodial, grounds maintenance, and all related services located within the property line of the following locations. No. AR0021ZZ) located at 30 S. 6th St., Fort Smith, AR 72901 (Operations & Maintenance only) The Judge Isaac C. Parker Federal Building and Courthouse in Fort Smith, AR encompasses approximately 86,056 square feet. The John Paul Hammerschmidt Federal Building and Courthouse in Fayetteville, AR encompasses approximately 57,353 square feet, with a net cleaning area of approximately 47,138 square feet. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 47PH0220R0002. The period of performance consists of a seven-month (7) base period plus four (4) one-year option periods or nine (9) one-year option periods to begin on or about October 1, 2020. NOTE: The solicitation will include FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, which would allow the government to extend the period of performance and additional 6 months, if necessary. The solicitation will be available on or about June 1, 2020. The pre-proposal conference/site visit information and the deadline for questions will be noted in the solicitation. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will only be publicized through Contract Opportunities at www.betaSAM.gov.
